Shipping Information
At Chalkpit Cassette Club and Next Wave Cassette Magazine, we’re committed to making shipping simple, affordable and as hassle-free as possible. We ship our cassette releases and subscriptions around the world, with the current exception of the EU while we update our fulfilment arrangements.
🇪🇺 Important Update — EU Shipping Temporarily Paused
We have temporarily paused new orders and subscriptions to EU countries while we develop new procedures and fulfilment options in response to changes affecting shipping from the UK into the EU.
During this period, customers with EU delivery addresses will be unable to purchase through our website.
This is a temporary pause. We are currently developing a new fulfilment partnership in France, which we hope will allow us to resume EU orders with a simpler and more reliable service for our European customers.
We know we have an amazing community of cassette collectors across Europe and appreciate your patience while we get the new system in place. We’ll share an update as soon as EU ordering reopens.

🌍 UK & International Orders
All orders are processed in the UK and shipped worldwide, excluding EU destinations during our temporary EU shipping pause.
Every cassette is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.
🇬🇧 UK Customers
Orders ship directly from the UK.
Typical fulfilment: 3–5 working days
Typical delivery after dispatch: 2–5 working days
Orders over £50 will be sent using a Tracked 48 service.
🇺🇸 USA Customers
We’re pleased to ship Chalkpit Cassette Club releases directly to customers across the USA.
Cassettes are currently tariff-free, meaning there should be no additional tariff charges on your cassette order after checkout.
Typical fulfilment: 3–5 working days
Typical delivery after dispatch: 7–14 days
Next Wave Cassette Magazine — Subscriptions
🇬🇧 UK, 🇺🇸 USA & Non-EU International Customers
Next Wave Cassette Magazine subscriptions continue to ship as normal to the UK, USA and supported non-EU international destinations.
Each subscription delivery includes the relevant Next Wave volume delivered straight to your door.
Please note: New EU subscriptions are temporarily unavailable while we establish our new European fulfilment arrangements.
🕒 Processing & Tracking
UK orders: Typically delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
International orders: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal service. Typical delivery is approximately 7–14 days after dispatch.
We’ll always email you when your order has been dispatched. Our standard shipping option does not always include tracking. If you would like a tracked service, please contact us before ordering and we can advise on the additional cost.
