Askies return after a 3-year hiatus armed with a 4-track self-titled EP that celebrates everything the Leeds’ outfit have come to be known for - explosive, hook-laden indie-rock. Produced with David Watts (The Fall, Kaiser Chiefs) in Castleford, the band spent days experimenting with as much bits of kit they could get their hands on, resulting in a body of work that expands the band’s sonic palette, whilst always putting the song first.
